Hi friends!👋🏾🖐🏾 My name is Jumoke (pronounced Ju-mo-keh) 💁🏾‍♀️and I’m a Licensed Realtor and Ops Badass. I serve as the Director of Operations and Marketing for a Top 1% Real Estate Team servicing clients in DC, MD, VA and beyond.

I am a proud Nigerian 🇳🇬raised by a single mother. My passion is to
educate and empower first-time homebuyers and investors in making informed decisions, when taking their fair market share and home sellers netting top dollar; all while being the “mastermind” behind running a small, yet mighty sales team. I am also a productivity coach for new agents looking to grow their businesses and an Instructor and co-founder for “Become an Ops Badass” a 13-week class designed to train real estate admin and operations professionals on how to own their role in 90-days.

Prior to my 7+ year career in real estate, I served local businesses in the Bethesda, MD and the DC areas with my extensive expertise in branding, Marketing, PR, Communications, Social Media, and e-Commerce.

I thrive on challenges, particularly those that expand my clientele’s reach in the market. My world-class marketing tactics and structured approach have maximized exposure for home seller’s properties keeping the average days on market to under 8 days and selling 100+ homes year after year after year!!
