Team Kids implements empirically-validated Team Kids Challenge Programs in schools, and alongside on-duty police/fire in CA, AZ, VA and NY.

Published research on how Team Kids’ Programs strengthen protective factors to lower high risk behavior, build youths’ empathy and self efficacy, while changing youth perception of police, have been published in:

- Journal of Experimental Criminology

Team Kids is all about the kids and empowering the next generation of compassionate leaders, entrepreneurs and philanthropists. We also unite all community stakeholders as passionate mentors for youth, mobilizing them as partners and community leaders.

A by product of this youth development program, is the opportunity to build developmental, powerful, trusting relationships between youth and police, that become a win-win for all.
