I’ve had a living relationship with my dreams for over two decades. I’m a certified sensation-based coach and I use those tools along with 10 years experience as a qigong, embodiment, and meditation teacher to meet you where you are and kindly, playfully guide and support you through your own journey. My study of sociology, women’s studies, and the story-making of theatre informs us as we unravel the themes, symbols, archetypes and experiences embedded in your dreams.
