About me

I am a tea shop owner, social activist, artist and musician. I am based in Nashville TN. I care deeply about mindfulness, healing, mental health, and connection. I believe cracking the code of how to conduct bridge work with different communities is the answer on how to solve minor and extreme conflicts. Though I haven’t figured it all out yet, but I am trying, through being a vendor at different events hosted by different groups of peoples. By making episodes for my podcast, advocating, speaking, and letting people be heard. Also by selling my tea online, my products send out my message to you in a loving and gentle way.

Tea is a product that represents multiple cultures, mindfulness living, and the coming together of people and their ideas. I use my website as a platform to advocate my mission, which is to bring people together. This message is all through out my social media posts, my blogs, my podcasts, and the essence of my product.
