Bio

Gallery owner, programmer, musician, family man, philosopher and agent for change.

I come from a family of artists and art dealers. I am the second generation photo art dealers in my family starting with the Sander Gallery in New York City run by my father Gerd Sander and now running the Galerie Julian Sander in Cologne.

My gallery shows work by contemporary artists as well as historical work. My focus is on photography, but the gallery is not limited to just that.

I am also a software developer working on Collekton, an inventory management system suited to dealing with the complexity of photography and other editioned art forms.

I would like to see the art world open up to a larger audience to allow for the real experiential value of the arts to shine.
