WHAT I'm currently doing:
Currently working with a partner to launch a new tech start-up - Brandful Code - to measure employee engagement in the company brand, using artificial intelligence and online data. Will be a new dataset that connects the employee to the customer to the brand and financials.
WHY I'M HERE:
1) Hoping to connect with folks interested in this topic.
2) Planning to learn, listen and participate in what looks interesting on various topics (fitness, health, travel, food, start-ups, technology, creative thinking and ideas)
MY MISSION:
To merge the missions of companies and their employees. (Employees should work at companies they believe in. There should be more companies with compelling missions.)

First career: Conflict Analysis and Resolution (Master's degree). Mediated on Wall Street and conducted research internationally.
Second career: Equity research.
Third career: Human Resources (employee engagement and analytics).
