I help people to make sense of their relationships, especially long-term “aged” relationship, to step out of their ill-functioning, outdated patterns, and to create a happier, more fulfilling design of life. My motto is to liberate people from the dictum of disliking and criticising themselves - these two are never helpful! My focus is to show the way to take responsibility for one’s life to live according to our choices.
