🪴I started my career in IT after graduating University with master's degree in linguistics. As a PM I try to anticipate needs and eliminate friction and problems before they arise. I even finished a back-end development course, and learned something about different languages, like C#, Golang, and JavaScript, to understand the programming process itself .

Within 7+ years working as a PM, I learned one thing. IT professionals don’t need a manager. They need a distraction-free environment, clear responsibilities, and exciting tasks to do. In addition to that, I believe that they should never spend more than eight hours working… well unless they really want to. 🏆

Besides that, my digital marketing experience gave me an understanding, what are the clients' expectations from the projects that agencies create. And this helps me to respond to clients' needs and implement them as tasks as we like to do in Agile.

In ♣️🏡 ClubHouse I would love to find team where I could apply my current knowledge and develop it further with the support of talented coworkers.

The interesting fact about me that I have defended my scientific work in psychology in the field of perception of adolescents in puberty.
