Past:
🇫🇷Lived in France for 11 years until 2014,
worked in the Superyacht Industry, 🛥previously worked in marketing.

Lost 6 stone (40 kg, 90lbs) in my mid 40s through good nutrition and exercise. Injured my back in 2015, regained 20kg sitting on the couch and not understanding my condition. Currently working on striking a balance between maintaining a healthy weight, good level of fitness whilst enjoying life and having optimum mental health!
