I am passionate about helping leaders who are seeking to make a positive impact in others’ lives find the training, resources, and support they need to serve others with their gifts and talents. I love talking about all things leadership, self-awareness, and serving others with all of who we are and what we have.

One way I am currently helping leaders is by connecting potential fellows and mentors to the nonprofit, Severn Leadership Group, whose mission is to support and develop leaders committed to serving others before self. The program is free to those who qualify and an incredible way for experienced service-oriented leaders to help leaders grow by becoming a mentor. Find out more at severnleadership.org
