I bring 15 years of experience in practice and process design as well as community-based engagement work to my Coaching and Consulting work. My experience has grown into a desire to support individuals and groups in developing meaningful solutions to challenges (and opportunities!) that align with their unique wants and needs.

I take a human-centered approach to learning about the problems that individuals and groups are dealing with, and I work with them to determine a meaningful path towards making their vision for the future a reality.

I believe in the importance of cultivating well-being and purpose as we work to respond to our problems and pursue our goals, and I want to do what I can to make sure people feel empowered and supported in the process. Drop me a line!
