I believe in thriving not just surviving, that individual people matter and can make a difference, that our differences should be acknowledged/understood/shared/celebrated! Until we make a change there will be no change and we are living in a time of a major divide in our country.
It’s time to move forward and develop programs with equality, inclusivity, and individuality. While still acknowledging and understanding our past and impact our actions have.

When we finally have empathy and compassion for others who do not agree with us, we can truly work together to bridge the divide.
