I am passionate about raising awareness of issues that children and young adults face through the transitions of life.

Having had several traumatic experiences myself from childhood to adulthood; I now support children and young people find their identity and heal from trauma.

Through monthly seminars, I aim to break the stigma on mental health especially within our BAME community.
