Redesigning our beliefs is the key to radical growth — and we do that by learning to trust ourselves, our intuition, and getting comfortable with our emotions. ⁣

Growing up in Oklahoma, my childhood was deeply steeped in fundamental Christianity and surrounded by abuse and undiagnosed mental illness. ⁣🤯

Despite the rough beginnings and young adulthood, I have been on a healing and spiritual journey for the last 8+ years.

That journey has taken me from an abused shell of a person to the joyful, optimistic and positive person I am today. ⁣
