To capture the beauty around us starts with the beauty within.
This workshop is a program designed and dedicated to utilize the law of attraction as well as a way of applying "The Work" on our stressful negative thoughts.

We know the power of the mind and the law of attraction speaks about what we put out in thought comes back to us in experience. The challenge comes when those negative thoughts that we try to push away keep coming back.

We utilize "The Work" to help us question stressful and negative thoughts that cause us suffering in our world. By doing this practice, we are revealed our inner beauty, the truth of who we really are. This is our law of attraction.

In this course, we will uncover the stressful thoughts that are causing us stress, write them on a "judge your neighbor" worksheet, ask four questions and then turn the thoughts around. This process is called "inquiry" and is “The Work” of Byron Katie.

We will practice living our turn arounds so we can get to love the person that matters most, the self
