My name is Josh and my goal is growth. I am passionate about sustainably, love traveling, real estate investing, ⛳️, any thing outdoors, and most importantly my faith. Check out the Simple Dry story and bio below:

Our Simple Dry™ mission is to eliminate over a billion silica gel packets from future landfills globally.

Simple Dry™ is the first curbside recyclable desiccant on the market to replace silica gel, clay, and other desiccant packets that are currently in billions of consumer goods. Conventional desiccants have "throw away and do not eat" stamped on their packaging clearly indicating the need for change. Simple Dry™ is the green alternative and sustainable solution for the future of packaging and cargo containers.

I love being a part of the Simple Dry team, but work is just part of my life, not my whole life. My wife and I have traveled to close to 40 countries all around the world. From white water rafting the Zambezi river with multiple category 5 rapids, a gorge swing into a 400-foot canyon, swimming with a whale shark, multiple African safaris, the Sydney Bridge Climb, climbing mountains, scuba diving in the Great Barrier Reef and the Red Sea, black water caving in New Zealand, or seeing many of the Wonders of the World, there is never an adventure that I won't consider.

Activities I enjoy include golf, hiking, board games or anything competitive, reading, learning new things, investing, watching the Seahawks or really any sport, and a self-described "professional opportunist". My real estate focus is manufactured homes and our company has transacted on over 100 properties. I was also a broker at CBRE’s Affordable Housing group specifically with LIHTC and Section 8 multi-family properties working on transactions totaling over $500 million in value.

My wife and I are very involved in our church and community, passionate about helping others. I am a self-motivated, business-minded individual who is passionate about serving my customers and circles of influence.
