🔥MY MISSION: To add value to leaders so they can multiply value throughout their organization and personal life. I plan to accomplish this by creating more Purposeful Accountable Leaders through one-on-one coaching. In the end, Leaders reach harmony between personal and professional goals while continually adding value to their Teams and Families, becoming the best version of themselves.

🦾WHO I AM: I am an Active duty army officer with 15 years of leadership experience and counting. I have run organizations with over 200 personnel and millions of dollars along the way. I have won numerous leadership awards, including the 2018 General Douglas MacArthur Leadership Award. I'm here at Clubhouse to inspire, motivate, and give back! 🙏🇺🇸
