Navigating creative ways to propel; Businesses, Companies , Brands, Artist and Users so i started developing the unique use of Video and Music embedded with technology data to organically Propel Artist/Brands/Companies with digital content. Technology is used to devoured A.I. Algorithm which builds organic customers/users/fans so they can naturally rank. Advertise on Digital Billboards, Social & Music Platforms Ads. On 2019 I become founder at vybyn, the first digital content social ads app that utilize music/video as the social glue that connects brands.

💸Story: Real Estate

I bought my first property at the age of 20 with $1200 down the equivalent of my to be rental deposit. About two years later, I was about to be out of work. Not knowing nothing about real estate, I refinance to be able to support my family. That escrow experience open my eyes to many options and attest what my real estate friend advise me, real estate builds wealth!
The equity was enough to allow me to owned 4 houses and motivate me to obtain my License to better help others navigate the benefits of Real Estate.
