Known today as the Hidden Entrepreneur, Josh spent 40 years in hiding. That's right! He showed up in every situation hiding his true talent and ability in exchange for desperately seeking the approval of others. He entered into what became a 15 year career as an actor and filmmaker in an attempt to fill the internal void he was feeling with external applause and accolades.

It took the birth of his two adoring children (currently 8 and 6 years old) to find the strength to get honest and real with himself. Admitting that he was in fact the child in the household, Josh put his excuses to rest and takes positive action needed everyday.
