Jordan Eicher Linnenkugel, with the Linnenkugel Real Estate Group powered by Place Inc, is a West Texas native, and services Lubbock, Midland, Odessa & San Angelo. She was born and raised in Odessa, Texas. She began working in newspaper media in 2006 for the Odessa American. She moved to the Lubbock area in 2007 to attend Texas Tech University where she majored in Journalism & Philosophy, minoring in Political Science. While at TTU she developed a love for negotiation and competed on the nation’s top ranked debate team. After over a decade in newsprint journalism, she made the career switch to real estate in hopes that she could have more ‘hands on’ involvement in the community that she had grown to care for so much.

Jordan was a top producer with Keller Williams & has only continued to add to that happy customer list since with year over year growth. She is fervently dedicated to being educated in all the latest real estate data & market trends. She is passionate about helping more residents in the Hub City find their forever home & lay down roots that rival even those of Lubbock’s iconic cotton fields. Jordan specializes in investments, and her team handles residential, commercial and investments deals from Lubbock to the Permian Basin’s Odessa/Midland.

Jordan is passionate about all things West Texas. As a mother of four boys, she & her husband are passionate about her community’s youth. She served as PTA President at a local elementary & currently sits as the President of the Frenship ISD’s PTA Council. She helps coach multiple local youth baseball teams and serves on the Lubbock Association of Realtors’ United Way Committee. She coordinates quarterly blood drives for Lubbock’s United Blood Services & is the President for Keller Williams Young Professionals’ West Texas Chapter. Jordan is a keen believer in the mentality that it takes a village, saying, “little actions, when multiplied by the force of a community, can make dramatic positive change in the lives of millions.”
