I run Sit-Heads Meditation Club, a serious meditation group for non-serious people. Our focus is on exploring the deeper levels of meditation practice in a relaxed and approachable way.
We meet every week to meditate together, talk shop, and support each other's practice.
We donβt have one set teacher, but we do bring in guest teachers for Q&A - usually meditation masters with decades of deep practice experience.
If you want help sticking to a daily meditation practice, our Sitting Circles program will match you with a small accountability group that commits to sit together, via video chat, at a set time every weekday.
Everything we do is free and donation-based.
