I am a seeker from the Bay Area who loves learning and experiencing new things. I am a Partner and Executive Recruiter with Paradigm Staffing, a highly regarded, national PR, communications and marketing recruiting agency.

I am the Podcast host of Fresh Blood, Killing It After 40, an inspirational podcast talking about continued success through life.

A bucket list believer, I love planning for the next exciting and fun adventure or experience. I’m always adding new ideas (feel free to send thoughts my way) and checking items off the list (I keep a tally). My life loves include family and friends, Melody the Mini Golden Doodle, reading (I read well over 50 books a year), travel (I feel lost if there isn’t a trip to be excited about and planning for), being at the beach (I live minutes from the ocean, it’s my happy/peaceful place), live music (always on the lookout for live music, I believe dancing to live music makes everything better), playing games and making videos (my family and friends are subject to personal music videos for every significant occasion).

I am a creator at the core. I love creating, whatever that may be, the process of building and creating something from nothing brings me happiness and immense satisfaction.
