Bio

My name is Jola-Grace Emmanuel, I am the SOUL DOCTOR. I am a certified Life and Trauma Recovery Coach.
I help trauma victims, the broken, emotionally wounded, and abused to heal and reinvent themselves for an excellent life.
Even though I had my first degree in Accountancy and second degree in Financial Decision Analysis, I am passionate about the HEALTH and HEALING of the SOUL.
I am a Mental Health Advocate, a certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, an associate member of the European Mentoring and coaching Council,  a certified Counsellor, a Neuro Linguistic Programming Therapist, an Emotional Freedom Technique & Matrix Reimprinting Therapist. I have over 15 years experience in public speaking, project management and executive administration.
I launched the Belle Initiative and Belle Magazine in 2015 and also produced and hosted a weekly talk show on DSTV.
I have been through many years of domestic violence, however I have been able to reinvent myself from a place of pain, low self esteem, depression and suicide ideation to a place of confidence, wholeness, fearlessness and PURPOSE.
I now help people recover from traumatic experiences, understand relationship dynamics so they can live their best lives, feel good about themselves, develop a healthy self esteem, boost self confidence and self worth for maximum productivity in every area of their lives. I have helped many to heal from trauma, discover their true essence, fall in love with themselves and embrace a life of purpose.
