Bio

John Tinger is a guitarist/composer/Improviser of instrumental music. It is Introspective and picturesque storytelling , evoking much of the ethereal, with elements of jazz and a heavy classical influence. Improvisation is at the forefront of what he does.


John is also a guitar instructor with a combined total of 44 years experience performing, composing, and teaching! A former heavy metal musician, he has chosen to render instrumental stories that take the listener far outside the mind!
A few years back I had cured myself of an apparently incurable neurological movement disorder (focal dystonia) with my music as I rewired my neural pathways, however at the time I didn't have the knowledge of the brain that I do now!

I have music all over the Internet and places I don't even remember having it placed! So if you just type in my name you'll find my music! Funny enough as a professional musician I don't even have a Spotify account that I listen to music on. I still do it the old fashioned way on CDs!🤣🤣
