We a group of private lenders that loans money to professional home builders, developers and flippers. Our borrowers choose to work with us because we are much faster than banks, have lower down payment requirements, and we don’t have the fees / requirements that you see from many hard money lenders. Our capital is provided by accredited investors that invest in our fund. Investors receive passive income of 8% annually, plus a year-end profit share. Target returns are 8-12% per year.
