Hi, I’m John Cox.

Master Mortgage Broker, Letting & Estate Agent, Property Investment Specialist.

I’m the Managing Director of Scotland’s only true turn-key service for Property investors: Cox & Co

We source investment properties across Scotland’s central belt for our local & overseas clients. We advise & arrange any required finance & assist with the purchase process right through to completion. We then collect the keys, bring the property up to a quality rental standard where needed, source private tenants and then manage the property as if it were our own. As if all that wasn’t enough, we then report to our clients on a quarterly and annual basis on the performance of their investments - think of it like Stockbrokers for bricks & mortar. All this, under the one roof!
