I published an Amazon best-selling book about my recovery from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD): “Full Circle - Building Resilience In Business & Life From The Jagged Edges of PTSD”.

I champion the need for looking after our mental health and my volunteering includes being a Community Ambassador for R U OK? Day which shares how loneliness and suicide may be reduced by more people having the confidence to have impactful conversations.

I am passionate that everyone plans for some pleasure time every day for the sake of their mental health.

I am a lover of all things pink 💖🌷💖 especially flamingos 🦩, and am even pinking-up my yacht Vitality 🌊⛵️⚓️

I am based in Brisbane, Australia 🇦🇺 after growing up in a village just outside London 🇬🇧
