Canadian Producer/DJ ‘Joel Freck’ shot into the spotlight in 2018 when he won the Anjunabeats producer contest series hosted by Beatport. This achievement led to an Anjuna signing with his remix of Sunny Lax’s “Counter Clockwise” and an appearance on episode 580 of Anjunabeats Worldwide.

Very shortly after his success with Anjuna and highlighting his flexibility in multiple genres, Joel won Laidback Luke’s ‘Rockin’ with the best’ remix competition which resulted in him sharing the stage with Luke & the ‘Mixmash’ team in San Diego and further shows in Las Vegas.

Most recently, Joel caught the ear of Armin Van Burren having his collaboration track ‘Dawn’ chosen to be released on Armada’s “A State of Trance” label & highlighted Armin’s “Ibiza 2020 compilation” & “A State of Trance Year Mix 2020”.

With the release of his debut album ‘Forward’, and recent releases on Enhanced and Armada, Joel Freck has paved the way for some amazing opportunities and shows no signs of slowing down.

On top of being an accomplished DJ/Producer, Joel has an impressive career in film & television landing many roles in commercials, radio spots, and re-occurring roles on many hit shows such as Mr. Dee, Trailer Park Boys, Haven, The Mist, & Bag of Bones to name a few.
