We can overcome painful losses and extreme challenges by facing reality, feeling all the feels, and choosing the story we want to tell about it. We can become even more connected and close first by telling the truth and always by loving hard, through absolutely anything. Moms have a unique perspective and an incredibly important job. Coaching moms on keeping that job in perspective, even if they have extra challenges with it, is my mission. 💗
