♥️Whether current believers or not, with a faith foundation I offer tried-and-true tips on healing your anxiety & mental health, scripture, testimony and prayer encouraging a relationship with Jesus & offering Hope for a more peaceful tomorrow! I am thrilled to meet you where you are are in your journey, but then I will need to point you towards Christ! Why? Because not only is he the savior that we may or may not have learned about, he is the savior of my heart and anxiety! Jesus, being the way, the truth and the life has given me life like I never had before I knew him. So how can I help you to know that too?
