I help nonprofits at all stages of their development to define, measure, increase, and communicate their impact. 📈 I have over 15 years of experience working in the nonprofit and government social services sector. My goal is to help organizations develop low burden ways to provide evidence of the great work they do while also creating systems to help them constantly reflect and improve. I also help organizations increase equity in and through their impact, including helping the criminal justice system implement risk assessment measures to decrease bias and reduce recidivism.
