Prospur Property Solution LLC is a real estate investment company who specializes in flipping, buying and holding since 2017. I flipped two properties successfully and sold within a 9 month span. I currently hold 2 properties, one I used to run my independent living facility and I live in the other one. I also purchased a city owned foreclosure home in 2021 to do a total rehab in Alabama as my summer home. As of July 2023, Forefrontllc Living Solution an independent living facility for women only is now open for clients. Through the teaching and instructions at Forston Consulting, Forefrontllc is an independent shared room lodging facility for clients that are re-entering society from prison, displaced adults, domestic violence, veterans, or experiencing homelessness, or want a fresh start, and the elderly, mentally challenged. Also recently I established business credit in April 2021 and aint looked back!! My motto… “the best is yet to come” Lets do GODS work!
