Europe, Australia, South and North America. From straw shacks to mega yachts and private jets✈️.
My culinary background gave me the jobs (and 💵) to allow me to keep traveling and quench my thirst of seeing the world.
Later, I settled in Montreal Canada and started 21st Century Food - a gourmet prepared home meal delivery service. 21st Century Food was the first company to bring this concept to Montreal, arguably to Canada.🇨🇦
Yup! Crazy, I know... they say today’s radical is tomorrow’s pioneer. Lol.
Plagued with my ambition, the company grew from me and my then girlfriend 👩❤️👨preparing meals in my apartment, to my now wife (same girl!)🤞running a distribution kitchen in the center of the island of Montreal.
We now offer a gourmet home and corporate meal delivery, corporate catering and corporate cafeteria services👨🍳.
I am forever interested in other people’s stories. I think I can bring a lot of do’s and dont’s to a lot of different businesses.
