Hey there,

I am a happily married Aussie vintage wearing tattooed and pierced mum of 5 and grandmother of 4. I have been working with children for over 30 years in varying capacities as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Postpartum Doula, Newborn Care Specialist and Sleep Specialist.

I am here to speak to you about and share with you all things baby, sleep and anything else that may make you a little lighter and your life a little easier with science based and experienced answers to your questions.

I can’t promise you I will have all the answers, but what I can promise you is I will at the very least have you cracking a smile or hey even down right belly laughing by the end of our chat time.
