I’ve always been active, but over the last few years my life has gone through some changes.

When my sons mother passed away I was lost. I had to find something to deal with the pain and the gym became my safe haven. It pulled me out of a very dark place and helped me get a little bit better each day to be a better human and a better father.

I want to help others in whatever situation they may be in.
