➡️ I’ve been a writer for the majority of my teenage years going into adulthood, from writing blog posts to writing and performing spoken word poetry. I’ve recently transitioned into the process of being a published author.

➡️ I don’t only believe that you must be the best version of yourself externally, I believe one must take care of their health physically, spiritually and mentally. I'm passionate about nutrition and fitness. I’m currently in my fourth year at the world-renowned University of Toronto, pursuing an Honours Bachelor of Science in Health Studies Population Health.
