I sold Apple IIe’s out of a retail store at the end of the 70s, computers to businesses that had never owned one before and then, enterprise software in the 80’s. I tripped over the Internet in 1993, and started writing books, speaking, and consulting about online marketing. At the turn of the century I turned my attention to digital analytics and haven’t looked back.
Started the Marketing Analytics Summit conference in 2002 and the audience created the Digital Analytics Association in 2004.
I have continue to write books, provide data literacy consultancy, and help small agencies double and triple in size.
