🗣🧠 I’m a classically-trained soprano who’s fascinated by the Meisner technique and its ties to psychologically-proven tools that help us to reconnect with our Selves and trust our bodies while singing.
🖤💍 I’m a cancer widow who’s recently remarried and really into processing grief and sitting with wherever fellow people who have lost are with it.
💪🏼⚡️ I was a personal trainer for ten years to supplement my art and therefore love all things weight training and holistic wellness.
