I have coached basketball for 30 years, Professionally, High School, AAU, BCI, PAL, and National Travel Club. Now I’m the GM/VP of Basketball Operation for the San Diego Guardians professional basketball team that plays in the TBL.
I tell kids that don't let anyone put a title on you. I was labeled special education, was in and out of group homes, went to juvenile detention for some time and had some teachers tell me I wouldn't see 18 or 21. With all that I made it through. My motto is "Always Me." And "It's Bigger Than Basketball."
