I believe the health of a community depends on how well the people are doing. Economically, physically, Mentally- Mind , Body , Spirit.
I’m the owner of Natchez Heritage School of Cooking - a heritage Edutainment and Tasting food tour. We enlighten our guests about the roots of how enslaved Africans and Native Americans influenced our food culture in the south. I am the CEO of Southwest Wellness Association of Mississippi- a community advocacy Non- Profit. I also provide unique project and rural development consulting through Gabsen Sky Consulting LLC.
I briefly attended Florida A .M. University, but I am an Alumni Graduate of the Brave Nation at Alcorn State University.
