Presenter, event designer, happiness mentor, author.

I’ve built my career and business based on my strengths, values, and what makes me happy. I love designing events and coming up with ways for people to relax, connect, and have fun. I’m a lifelong explorer of what makes us humans truly happy, and I delight in helping others unlock their joy.

I’m the co-founder of Indeedy Inc., an event design company providing team-building and self-development concepts for corporate events internationally and online.

Our most famous concept is Indeedy Musical Bingo, combining the classic game of bingo with music. We’ve been entertaining corporate clients since 2007!

I’m also known for my concept ‘I Love Lists’, an event that inspires self-development and mindfulness through the power of list-making, born in 2009.

My forthcoming book is called List Yourself Happy, out on October 28th 2021.
