Making weird dance videos alone in my room was how I got back into dance 10+ years ago, and since then I’ve built a business around it. My work has been featured at TEDxNYU, Lincoln Center's Dance On Camera Festival, the New York Comedy Club, Vulture Magazine, The Vagina Monologues’ opening act, and The Inspired Word.
My work as a creativity coach encourages you to make space for your creative self and to bring your creative visions to life, through a process-based, body-based methodology that I’ve developed over the last 10+ years.
