Jesse founded Tutor Corps in 2002 and has carefully managed the growth of the company to ensure that all students are matched with truly exceptional tutors. He provides educational consulting services to schools and families, creates customized programs and curricula, and supports the management team at Tutor Corps.

Jesse is also the Head of School at Pacific Preparatory. He has led the school for 19 years and is excited about pioneering the individualized education model.

In 2004, Jesse founded the Tutor Corps Foundation with his brother, Noel, to provide educational services to under-resourced youth.

Jesse graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Stanford University and holds a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential. Jesse has 20 years of teaching and tutoring experience and has taught through the Teach for America program in East Palo Alto and at independent schools in the San Francisco Bay Area. He served on the board of trustees of the Marin Waldorf School for six years and is active in the education community.
