My primary business is managing my Metro Atlanta Wholesale TEAM of over 14 employees.

I also have a FT Project Manager who runs all of my flips and rentals rehabs.

I love SFR rentals but most importantly I have ZERO of my own capital invested in any of my rentals and I love sharing with others how I’m able to buy, rehab and refi within 1-3 months and not leave $1 of my own capital in the deal. Infinite return.

I am also finishing up an Online KPI Dashboard for other wholesalers and their company. Years ago I LOST 10’s of thousands of $$ before tracking my KPI’s. I later realized the importance of making decisions on facts vs EMOTIONS. Years later (NOW) I’ve taken my 20+ pages in Excel to a SIMPLE online KPI Dashboard that has changed my business and will now be sharing it with others. This will be available here in January 2021.
