Jeroen de Cloe is Chief Innovation Officer and board member at Talespin, leading research, development and design strategy for the company’s proprietary tools and products. Jeroen joined Talespin after the acquisition of his premium game development studio, Sticky Studios, where he spent 15 years delivering VR and mobile games to the world’s top entertainment companies. Under Jeroen’s leadership as founder and CEO, Sticky Studios developed a system of authoring and production tools used to create 80+ Triple A games and experiences.

At Talespin, Jeroen leverages his consumer design and development experience to bring a new level of engagement and immersion to workforce solutions. This includes leading the creation of Talespin’s next-generation virtual human animation system for CoPilot, where he works to push the boundaries of what is possible in delivering believable, engaging virtual interactions. Jeroen’s focus on innovation sees him strive to connect people and ideas, bringing those ideas to life in the form of new, impactful experiences.
