Jermination with a J is a Personal development Brand focusing on developing a growth 🌳mindset. 🧠

It’s originally designed for people that look 👀like me but not limited to people who look like me. I’m a black woman raising black kids with my black man.

The term germination, with a g, is the process of an organism grows from a seed when the environmental conditions are right. Water being the activating solution that inspires biochemical reactions and the seed begins to grow.

I use the growth in nature parallel to the growth in human development. I believe we are all apart of one big circle ⭕️ of life and if people can get out of their own way and allow nature to take it course, I wonder how great life could be.

It is my mission to reignite the spark⚡️ in black men and women who have been trapped in their own minds. 🧠I want to empower them to take control of their self talk and thinking. I aim to help them overcome negative thinking, negative self images, bad attitudes, fear of change, failure and risk and regain their inner power. They will transform their own lives with my help. They will learn to focus on their positive qualities.
