My ancestors believed our dreams 💤 create our reality. They preserved our Dream Warrior practices for thousands of years in secrecy 🤫through our oral tradition and taught how to dream plant to create the life you want while sleeping vs. being at the mercy of your subconscious.

I teach 👩🏽‍🏫 my students how to reprogram their subconscious while they sleep, shadow work, and how to consciously create their reality using dream planting. 😴🌺

I also founded DreamYOUTH to teach our youth how to consciously dream their life into reality.
