Enhanced Health and Wellness is my mission regarding improving daily comfort based on personal experiences with multiple auto-immune diseases. Lyme Disease for over 40+ years.
Every day is a new and different day in the auto-immune world especially during this time. Impostor Syndrome can cause your brain to conjure up fear of judgment, stress, anxiety over invisible diseases. Covid and lock down has been difficult for me and many others who thrive on authentic human interaction.
Jenny’s Gold Standard will be focusing on the above bringing doctors, nurses, professional and non-professional athletes, and everyday people on my #PodcastNotPodcast on how they deal with day to day living and some may focus on CBD too. 🌱🌿
