Bio

I’m a musician and silkscreening mom working in radio. I drive a giant Golden Bus that I host shows inside of. I’m a community story advocate and local oral history archivist passionate about collecting and sharing our experiences and histories. I specialize in creating pop-up recording spaces and teaching folks how to use them to share their story.

I’m working on some magical oral history projects!

I’m the host of the storytellers for an amazing collaborative project called “Moving Histories, Neighbourhood Mysteries” - the project selects diverse hosts from three different generations to tell the history of Guelph neighbourhoods. The project has spanned three years, the first year we focused on the Ward in Guelph, last year Willow Road, and this year Brant, and the footage and recordings will culminate in an exhibit at the Guelph Civic Museum this fall. It is a collaboration between the Guelph Film Festival, Guelph Museums, CFRU, the Guelph Neighbourhood Support Coalition, and Ed Video.
