Intuitive, Empath & Energy Worker. Certified Health & Wellness Coach, EFT Practitioner & Hypnotist.
She is a wife and mother of 3. She moved to Richmond in 1999 to attend VCU where she graduated with a BFA Degree. After working in the film industry as a seamstress & draper for 15 years she is now pursuing her lifelong passion for holistic health, energy healing, emotional freedom & self empowerment.
Combining the spiritual & energy healing modalities of EFT and her intuitive applities as a lightworker and empath with the scientific based EFT and Hypnosis is her purpose and passion in helping other free them self from self limiting beliefs & negative emotions that do not serve them. When she is not studying, creating course videos, meeting with clients or homeschooling her kids you can most likely find her throwing around weights at the gym listening to Taylor Swift!
